on Tuesday approved fee of an intervening time dividend of Rs 974 per fairness half for the financial One year 2020-21.
“The board of administrators at its meeting held on December 15, 2020, approved fee of intervening time dividend on the price of 19,480 percent i.e. Rs 974 per fairness half of the face cost of Rs 5 each and each for the financial One year 2020-21,” the firm acknowledged in a BSE submitting.
Majesco has mounted December 25 as document date and the earliest dividend payout, as per the firm, will seemingly be on December 30.
This intervening time dividend payout translates to an amount of Rs 2,788.4 crore on a shareholder grievous of 28.577 million shares.
“The balance money reserves estimated at Rs 103 crore will seemingly be dispensed topic to board and regulatory approvals,” it extra talked about.
Prior to this, Majesco on Sunday told exchanges that it had disbursed 44,250 fully paid-up fairness shares of face cost of Rs 5 each and each to workers, who exercised their vested alternatives underneath the firm’s employee inventory chance method.
