World Teacher Award winner Ranjitsinh Disale along with partner has tested COVID-19 certain.
Mumbai: Ranjitsinh Disale, a college trainer from Maharashtra who received a international award having USD 1 million prize money, on Wednesday (December 9) tested certain for COVID- 19.
Taking to Twitter, Disale, 32, acknowledged gradual on Wednesday night that he and his partner beget tested certain for the infection.
“My partner and I beget tested COVID-19 certain. We’re following the medical advice and resting at house in isolation with light symptoms. I high-tail every person who has been tantalizing with me to take the necessary precautions. Thank you for all of your toughen,” he acknowledged on the micro-blogging residence.
After winning the coveted World Teacher Award final week, Disale, a resident of Solapur district, had met loads of prominent personalities, including Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.
His family member acknowledged that he started feeling ill a few days wait on and visited Barshi rural health heart in Solapur district where he and his partner tested certain.
“None of his diverse relatives has tested certain for the coronavirus infection. Both Disale and his partner beget light symptoms and they’ve isolated themselves at their house,” he acknowledged.
Disale, who teaches at a shriek govt college in rural Solapur, had hit the headlines when he received the international award having prize money of USD 1 million (spherical Rs 7 crore).
He had met the governor on Tuesday and the CM and MNS chief Raj Thackeray on Monday in Mumbai.
Closing week, BJP chief Pravin Darekar had visited Disale’s house to felicitate him on his success. The ZP fundamental college trainer from Paritewadi, a village with out a longer up to 2,000 other folks, became recognised for his efforts to advertise girls’ training.
